Important Legal Notice: This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legally binding contract between you and the Body Corporate for your use of the Strata Help Desk system. By accessing or using this system, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth below.

  3. QCAT Jurisdiction: Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal for matters within its jurisdiction
  4. Court Proceedings: Queensland Supreme Court or District Court as appropriate
