Trial Evaluation Terms — Strata Help Desk

Effective: March 2026 | These terms apply to all free trial access to Strata Help Desk.

1 Evaluation Licence

Drive Business Outcomes ("we", "us") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access Strata Help Desk solely for the purpose of evaluating its features and suitability for your organisation during the 24-hour trial period.

This licence does not grant any right to use the software for production, commercial, administrative, or operational purposes of any kind.

2 Intellectual Property & Prohibited Conduct

Strata Help Desk — including all software, source code, algorithms, data structures, database schemas, workflow logic, user interface designs, reports, and associated documentation — is the exclusive intellectual property of Drive Business Outcomes and is protected by Australian and international copyright, trade secret, and intellectual property law.

Any attempt to copy, replicate, or derive competing software from Strata Help Desk constitutes a serious breach of these terms and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

You must not, under any circumstances:

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from any part of the software
Copy, reproduce, republish, adapt, or create derivative works based on the software, its interface, or its underlying logic
Record, screenshot, screen-capture, or document features, workflows, or designs for the purpose of developing, improving, or marketing competing software or services
Use the trial to conduct competitive analysis on behalf of any software vendor, technology company, or development team
Share your trial access credentials or allow third parties to access the trial environment
Attempt to access, extract, or infer the structure of any database, API, or data model beyond what is visible through the user interface
Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices within the software

Breach of this clause will result in immediate termination of your trial access and may give rise to legal action including injunctive relief and claims for damages.

3 Trial Environment

The trial environment contains entirely synthetic, pre-seeded demonstration data. No real resident, financial, operational, or personal data belonging to any third party is present. Any resemblance to real persons, buildings, or entities is coincidental.

All trial data, including any content you create during the trial, is automatically and permanently deleted within 48 hours of trial expiry.

4 Data Collection & Privacy

By completing the trial signup, you consent to Drive Business Outcomes collecting your name, email address, and mobile number for the purpose of following up your product enquiry and improving our service. This information is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

5 No Warranties

The trial is provided "as is" for evaluation purposes only. Drive Business Outcomes makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance, accuracy, availability, or fitness for purpose of the software in this trial environment.

6 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from your use of the trial will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
